The Company’s principal activity is the Holding of Investments in the Real Estate industry. The Company is the sole shareholder of other Cyprus Holding Companies, owners of commercial properties primarily in the office and residential sector in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Germany, for long-term rental yields and for capital appreciation. The Group’s revenue consists mainly of rental and other revenue received from rented properties.
